Who is responsible

Information we receive

This public website does not offer visitor accounts, comments, uploads or a contact form. If you choose to email us, we receive your email address, any name and contact details you include, and the contents and attachments of your message. We use them to answer your inquiry and, where relevant, discuss a requested service or a possible contract.

When you visit the website, the server records technical request information such as IP address, time, requested page and browser information. We use these logs to operate the site and investigate errors or misuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a functioning and secure website (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). For correspondence about a service you request, the legal basis is taking steps before a contract (Article 6(1)(b)); other business correspondence is handled on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries (Article 6(1)(f)).

Cookies

The site uses a functional language cookie, pll_language, to remember the selected language for up to one year. We did not identify visitor analytics or advertising cookies on the public pages. WordPress may use authentication cookies for authorised administrators; public visitors cannot register an account.

Retention and recipients

Web server logs are rotated daily and the server retains 14 rotated logs. We keep email correspondence for as long as needed to deal with the inquiry and any resulting business relationship, and longer where a legal obligation or a legal claim requires it. Access is limited to people who need it to operate the website or handle correspondence; hosting and email service providers may process data on our behalf. We do not sell visitor data.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restriction of processing, and, where applicable, data portability. We do not make automated decisions about visitors.
